3.以(yi)相同定(ding)(ding)位(wei)、夾緊方式或同一(yi)把刀加工(gong)的工(gong)序銜接停(ting)止(zhi),以(yi)減少(shao)反復定(ding)(ding)位(wei)次數(shu),換刀次數(shu)與(yu)移動(dong)壓板次數(shu);
4.在同一次裝置中停止的多道(dao)工(gong)序,應先布(bu)置對工(gong)件剛性毀壞(huai)小的工(gong)序;
刀(dao)具(ju)集(ji)中分(fen)序法: 就是按所用刀(dao)具(ju)劃分(fen)工序,用同(tong)一把(ba)(ba)刀(dao)具(ju)加工完(wan)零件上一切能夠完(wan)成的部位(wei)。在用第二(er)把(ba)(ba)刀(dao)、第三把(ba)(ba)完(wan)成它們能夠完(wan)成的其它部位(wei)。這樣可減少換刀(dao)次(ci)數,緊縮空程時間,減少不用要的定(ding)位(wei)誤差(cha)。
以加(jia)工(gong)(gong)部位(wei)分序法:關于加(jia)工(gong)(gong)內(nei)容(rong)很多(duo)的(de)(de)零件,可(ke)按其(qi)構(gou)造特(te)性將加(jia)工(gong)(gong)局部分紅幾個局部,如內(nei)形(xing)、外(wai)形(xing)、曲(qu)面或(huo)平面等(deng)。普通先(xian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)平面、定位(wei)面,后(hou)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)孔;先(xian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)簡(jian)單的(de)(de)幾何外(wai)形(xing),再加(jia)工(gong)(gong)復雜的(de)(de)幾何外(wai)形(xing);先(xian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)精度較低的(de)(de)部位(wei),再加(jia)工(gong)(gong)精度請求較高的(de)(de)部位(wei)。
